Was here at lunchtime and well impressed. I got a chicken and stuffing sandwich on granary with lettuce and tomato. Then I realised that all salads are free and they fairly fill up the sandwiches and salad bowls look immense. They don't do toasties or hot food.
All food is extremely fresh and you can see them chopping up all the vegetables behind, and the chicken is freshly cooked chicken breast not pre-cut frozen bags. Family run friendly business, and great to see these still exist and are going strong.
You even get a wee bag of harbio on leaving - be warned he doesn't let you leave unless you take one!! -

With out doubt one of the best sandwich shops in the centre of Belfast. These guys really do the basics very well when it comes to the sandwich.
Unlike most other city centre locations they don't mess around with hot sandwiches or paninis etc.. They keep it simple by offering an unreal selection of high quality fresh fillings and salads. The portion sizes are ridiculous (in a good way) they pile so much in it's hard to see how they make any money! My personal fav it's their club sandwich, this easily the biggest sandwich you can buy in Belfast, it's costs just over a fiver but would easily do two people.
Along side the quality produce and massive portions the service is second to none. Bob and Christine run it and their banter alone is worth a visit, a nice touch is also the fact they give you a free apple with every sandwich for a healthy desert. -

A little gem of a place in city centre. They bill themselves as the home of the original 2 handed sandwich and they certainly didn't disappoint. Sandwiches are probably 50p - £1 dearer than other fresh made sandwich shops but they don't charge extra for additional fillings and everything was very fresh and well made. The real selling point of this place is the staff - I wish I'd got a photo of the charming English gentleman on the till, dressed in a suit who insisted I help myself to a free bag of gummy bears for the 3pm slump. He cheered me up no end and my sandwich was delicious.

Ruby's, home of the two handed sandwich. Great fresh ingredient and the best customer service you will ever receive. The usp of this place is you can get as many different salads as you want, making our sandwich into a monster and pay no extra!
